We do not take card details on this website. Payments are handled by our secure third-party payment provider.

• complete, certify and (where requested) notarise your translation;
• deliver the finished translation and provide customer support;
• process payment through our payment provider;

They are shared only with the qualified translator and, where notarisation is requested, the notary or certifying professional working on your order. Everyone involved is bound by confidentiality obligations. We never publish, resell or use your documents for any purpose other than completing your translation.

6. Who we share information with

We only share what is necessary, with:

• professional translators and notaries/certifying professionals assigned to your order;
• our secure payment provider (to process your payment);
• IT and hosting providers that keep our systems running;
• authorities or advisers where we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and certification obligations. Documents and order records are then securely deleted or anonymised. If you would like your document files removed sooner, contact us and we'll action it where we are not legally required to retain them.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including secure transfer, access controls and confidentiality agreements — to protect your information against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. While no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take the safety of your documents very seriously.
